Welcome to مولكم, the leading Saudi platform for creating and managing online stores. We provide end-to-end ecommerce solutions so you can build and run your store with ease.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you and مولكم.

Definitions:

  • "Platform": مولكم and all related services.
  • "Merchant" or "User": any person or entity that registers for and uses the Platform.
  • "Store": the online store created by the merchant through the Platform.
  • "Customer": any person who shops from merchants' stores on the Platform.
  • "Services": all features and tools provided by the Platform.
  • "Content": any text, images, videos, or data uploaded by the user.

Acceptance

By using مولكم, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Eligibility:

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
  • If you represent a company, you must be authorized to sign on its behalf.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
  • You must comply with all applicable local and international laws.

Note: We may change these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or an in-product notice.

  • Order processing Track and manage orders from a unified dashboard with real-time notifications.
  • Payment gateways Accept payments via cards, Mada, Apple Pay, and more.
  • AI services Use AI tools to improve product visuals and create marketing content.
  • Analytics & reports Monitor store performance with detailed sales and visitor reports.

We may update, modify, or discontinue some services with reasonable prior notice.

Registration & accounts

When you create an account on مولكم, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete information at registration.
  • Update your information promptly when it changes.
  • Keep your password confidential and not share it with anyone.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Not create more than one account for the same person or entity.
  • Not use others' accounts without explicit permission.

Warning: You are fully responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions & payment

مولكم offers subscription plans to fit your needs:

Subscription terms:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Subscription fees are charged to your registered payment method.
  • Fees paid for the current period are non-refundable once the period has started.
  • You may upgrade or downgrade at any time with proration where applicable.

Refund policy:

  • A full refund may be requested within 7 days of the first paid subscription.
  • Refunds exclude AI usage fees or add-ons already consumed.
  • Refund requests are processed within 5-10 business days.

Price changes:

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes do not affect the current paid period.

Prohibited content

You must not use the Platform for:

  • Counterfeit goods or items that infringe intellectual property.
  • Adult content or material contrary to public decency.
  • Tobacco or e-cigarettes where restricted by local law.

  • Any product contrary to Islamic law or Saudi regulations.

Prohibited practices:

  • Fraud, deception, or false advertising.
  • Impersonating another person or entity.
  • Collecting customer data unlawfully.
  • Sending spam to customers.
  • Attempting to hack or disrupt the Platform.
  • Using the Platform for any illegal activity.

Warning: Violations may result in immediate suspension and possible legal liability.

Intellectual property

مولكم rights:

All intellectual property in the Platform, including trademarks, logos, designs, and software, is owned exclusively by مولكم. You may not copy, distribute, or modify it without written permission.

Merchant rights:

You retain all rights to your original content (images, text, logos). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and process it as part of the service.

Trademark use:

You may mention your use of مولكم in marketing materials, but you must not imply partnership or endorsement without permission.

Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without express or implied warranties.

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free availability.
  • Any particular level of sales or profit.
  • Accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.
  • Compatibility with all devices and browsers.
  • That services will meet all of your expectations or requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, مولكم is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
  • Lost profits, revenue, or data.
  • Acts or omissions of third parties (such as carriers or payment gateways).
  • Damages due to circumstances beyond our control.

Maximum liability:

In all cases, our total liability will not exceed subscription fees paid in the 12 months before the incident.

Termination & suspension

Termination by you:

You may cancel your subscription anytime in account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Termination by مولكم:

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these terms.
  • You fail to pay fees after repeated notices.
  • You use the Platform for unlawful or harmful activity.
  • You provide false or misleading information.

After termination:

  • You may export your data within 30 days of termination.
  • We retain data as required by law.
  • Prepaid fees are non-refundable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including ecommerce and personal data protection regulations.

Dispute resolution:

  • We seek to resolve disputes through direct negotiation first.
  • If unresolved, arbitration in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia may apply.
  • Saudi courts have jurisdiction over legal disputes.

If you reside outside Saudi Arabia, you agree to Saudi jurisdiction for disputes arising from your use of the Platform.
