The mission
Product information, inventory and merchant instructions should not become isolated islands. Build a knowledge layer connecting tools and agents to appropriate sources while respecting freshness and tenant boundaries.
What you’ll work on
- Develop hybrid lexical/vector retrieval and task-aware reranking.
- Design content segmentation, indexing, updates, provenance and versioning.
- Enforce retrieval boundaries around user permissions, tenant scope and data state.
- Measure recall, precision and source-grounded answer quality on Arabic and English evaluations.
What you bring
- Practical experience in search, information retrieval or production RAG.
- Strong Python or TypeScript, SQL and search engines or vector databases.
- Understanding of embeddings, rerankers, experiments and retrieval analysis.
- Care for data quality, permission isolation and knowledge freshness.
