The mission
AI tools need design that handles uncertainty, waiting and correction. Connect research, interaction and prototyping to give merchants clarity and control, from product preparation to fulfillment.
What you’ll work on
- Research workflows and repeated effort, translating findings into specific design problems.
- Design review, delegation, progress, exception and recovery experiences.
- Prototype interactions and test understanding, trust and task completion.
- Develop consistent Arabic/RTL and accessible patterns with product engineering.
What you bring
- A portfolio showing reasoning, research, iteration and the effects of design choices.
- Experience with complex workflows or professional tools.
- Strength in interaction design, prototyping and design systems.
- Ability to work with system/model constraints and collaborate closely with engineers.
